We relocated to Idaho in 2018 after spending our entire lives in California. Over several years, we explored various western states to find our ideal home and ultimately chose the greater Boise area, known as the Treasure Valley. This area, often referred to as the banana belt of Idaho, offers a mild climate with four distinct seasons, plentiful outdoor activities, a community of incredibly friendly and like-minded individuals, diverse employment opportunities, and a vibrant classic car community—all of which are important to us.

Having perfected the relocation process ourselves and assisted numerous families in their moves, we have established a vast network of professionals to support our clients with their various needs, not all of which are real estate related. Greg and Candi are Accredited Buyers Representatives (ABR®) and proud members of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC). Our designations and membership in this council continuously enhance our skills in assisting others.

Our son, Aaron, who is also a licensed real estate agent, joins us in our family business, bringing fresh insights and extending our ability to serve our clients effectively. Aaron is currently studying to achieve his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation.
